This is the fourth in a series of posters that Jeff Wood has designed for the ABB/WSP 2009 40th Anniversary Tour. Each print is signed and numbered and printed on high quality, thick poster paper. Only a limited quantity are available!
The Birmingham poster is a classic, old-school rock poster in the Fillmore style, influenced by such poster legends as Stanley Mouse and Rick Griffin. (Note the flying eyeball motif, famously used by Griffin for a Jimi Hendrix poster, among others.) Still, even as he pays homage to the greats, Jeff Wood's sense of composition, use of color and high-quality production methods give him his own unique style.
