If anyone thought that the ABB show on Friday night was good, then get ready for the Saturday show, which was totally off the chart good! From the opening "Mountain Jam" to the closing "Whipping Post," the Allman Brothers Band delivered one of the most spectacular shows they have performed in the past several years. With special guests Chris Anderson, Devon Allman, and Ron Holloway sitting in, each song took on a life of its own as the ABB proudly showed the crowd why they have long been considered the best live band in rock. Pay particular attention to the version of "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" with its wild but incredible ending that totally shook the souls of all who were privileged to hear it. The band recorded both nights at Wanee, so be sure to get both shows and capture what was truly a fantastic moment in time for both the Allman Brothers Band and their large family of brothers and sisters.
