For the second year in a row, Rosemont makes the cut for "West’s Best." Besides a great starting lineup, the Allman Brothers Band has the strongest bench in the league, and this show is proof! With Warren Haynes off the road temporarily, sax man Ron Holloway and former ABB guitarist Jack Pearson stepped up and did a great job. Besides spectacular guitar work, Jack lends vocals to the blues classic "Dimples," which swings with a sassy strut. "Dreams" has always been one of Jack’s specialties, and this version soars on wings of glass, but the exclamation point on this show is the amazing 1-2 punch of "Jessica" and "Whipping Post" that closes the night.
