Our Return Policy

Kid Glove will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the item(s) have not been worn, washed or otherwise used. Merchandise credits will be issued upon receipt of returned goods, minus shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept returns for videos, books or cds after they have been opened unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you wish to return an item, please simply follow the instructions provided on each invoice. Kid Glove Enterprises is not responsible for returned merchandise not received.

Exchanges

Kid Glove will accept merchandise exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the item(s) have not been worn, washed or otherwise used. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for exchanges, in addition to the cost of the return shipment, unless the exchange is due to errors in the original shipment, in which case Kid Glove will cover all return costs. If you wish to exchange an item, please call us first at 888-746-4615 (770-640-1124) to make arrangements. Kid Glove Enterprises is not responsible for returned merchandise not received.

Changes & Add Ons to Orders

In an effort to provide our customers with quick turnaround on their orders, we cannot change or add to orders once they have been processed. Inquiries can be made by calling Kid Glove at (770) 640-1124 during normal business hours.
