Please know we make every attempt to ensure that each poster we ship is in excellent condition. We also take all reasonable packing measures to protect posters in transit. However, the printing process is not perfect and, posters may be sent to us at the end of a tour for reselling; therefore, barely perceptible nicks and creases from the printing or shipping process may exist, even for original signed and numbered items. If there is obvious damage to the poster tube, you will need to file a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS). Otherwise, if you are not satisfied with any of the items you receive, please return them to us – in the original container if possible – and we will refund or replace the item(s) at our discretion.
